A Seamless Approach to FBA Refunds
Some of our top FBA sellers have offered glowing reviews in response to our FBA reconciliation services. We’re thrilled to hear that everyone is pleased with our process. After an abundance of new inquiries, our account strategists are happy to share further information on our innovative system.
Below is a summary of the major questions and concerns regarding our reconciliation services, including how it works, who’s carrying out the work, and account safety throughout the process.
Is Your Service Amazon Compliant?
Amazon’s recent TOS update with an added policy on utilizing third-party services for reconciliations is widely misunderstood by most sellers. The latest update to the Amazon TOS states clearly that automated reconciliation tools are not allowed under any circumstances. This includes companies like Refund Manager and AMZSuite, which utilize automation tools to open cases and file for reimbursements. Amazon is targeting two things with the updated TOS: automation and accuracy.
We do not use any form of automation on your account to file cases for reimbursement, and we do not file inaccurate claims on your account. None of our practices are against Amazon’s TOS, and our 100% robot-free system is just as compliant as it is successful.
How is Your System Unique?
Our seller account strategists have all dedicated a tremendous amount of time learning how to analyze the various reports Amazon offers sellers in regards to any units that may have been lost, damaged or otherwise unaccounted for. From there, the team has developed a seamless method of conducting the complex calculations that ultimately tell us how many units a seller is owed a refund for. We then proceed with filing accurate cases for reimbursement of these units.
Who Performs the Reconciliations?
Every step of our FBA Refund process is carried out by critically thinking human beings. Bots or automation tools are not used in any way when we perform our reimbursement services on your seller account. Amazon FBA sellers, find the balance for your seller account with our state-of-the-art refund system.
